Your DriversConfidence Account

Your account lets you manage your traffic ticket cases and access your defense documents anytime.

Accessing Your Account

Sign in at driversconfidence.com/login using:

  • Email and password
  • Google Sign-In

Your Dashboard

After signing in, your dashboard shows:

  • All your ticket cases and their status
  • Access to download completed packages
  • Option to start a new ticket case

Case Statuses

  • In Progress - You haven't completed all the steps yet
  • Ready for Review - Your defense is generated and ready
  • Paid/Downloaded - You've purchased and downloaded your package

Updating Your Information

To update your account details:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on "Profile" or your name
  3. Update your information
  4. Save changes

Multiple Tickets

You can create separate cases for multiple tickets. Each ticket gets its own customized defense package.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for reset instructions

Account Security

We recommend:

  • Using a strong, unique password
  • Not sharing your login credentials
  • Signing out when using shared computers
