Finding Your Court Address
Submitting your Trial by Written Declaration to the correct court is essential. Here's how to find the right address.
Check Your Citation First
Your traffic ticket should include:
- The name of the court
- The court's address
- A phone number for questions
This is usually printed on the front or back of your citation.
California Court Locations by County
Each California county has its own Superior Court that handles traffic matters. Some counties have multiple courthouse locations.
